I am having an extension number 83410, configured as roll over to a call handler 88279 after 16 seconds. But it is going to a voice mail instead of call handler 88279. Calling 88279 directly from any extension playing the correct greetings which is expected. Only rolling to 88279 via any extension going to voice mail. Any Solution?

Take a look at the call routing rules in CUC. Also, do you have a voicemail box in Unity with extension 88279?

No Brandon. 88279 is defined as a System call handler. No VM Box for 88279.
