Thank you for your reply, but here the digit character are at the end and here we would like to set them first

I am not sure if I understood your query at all. User ID's will be how you configure them i.e. 1test or test1.

Now, do you want to configure test1 & expect it to appear 1test ? why ? how ?

sorry couldnt understand it at all.

GP.

sorry i think that my qestion was not clear enough: In fact i would like to facilite to end user the use of extention mobility chen they loh on Phone. I will give the scénario that I want to have: on the when user press 2 for exapmle: I want that the sequence that appear is "2 a b c ..." and not "a b c 2 ...". Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi

That's a function of the phone firmware which is not configurable. You can have a choice of only numeric-only, or alphanumeric, but you can't change the order of the individual characters.

ohh, that can not be changed unless you have a special phone keypad which takes numbers first & alphabets later. I am not sure if such keypad even exists.

if i understood correctly, this is what you want:

this is not a correct behaviour!

yes this is exactly what I need.

well this is not the correct behaviour, but i have seen this before, and in the picture above, when we change to english locale, the normal behaviour is back.

you can try and install the following files and see if you can recreate the above, however this is german locale, i have not seen it with english local

po-locale-de_DE-9.1.2.1000-1.cop

cm-locale-de_DE-ES-7.1.5.1300-1.cop

here is the show version from the system which the pic is taken from

Can you please give me the solution to do this; Thanks in advance

unfortunatley i don't know of a way to do this since it is working as designed.

thank you for confirming me that this can be done. I will contact Cisco to have more information.

it looks that things got mixed up, it cannot be done, you can't show numbers before letters, the image that i showed you is NOT a correct behaviour, it is a buggy behaviour.
