Hello,
I have been doing telephony work for a long time, and recently been assigned Cisco's product line in VoIP. (the powers that be thought it was a good match considering I am also the network engineer)
On most voicemail systems there is a login feature/option when wanting to check your voicemail from an external source.
In most systems when you call in to your own number and voicemail begins you hit the * (star) key, then follow the prompts.
I have been able to do this in Unity, but do not know how to set this up in CUE.
1. Is this possible?
2. If so, can someone post a link or instructions on how to do this?
Thanks,
Rick

Does anyone have a sample configuration i can look at for this. I have followed the document precisely and it works but only for one extension. If for example the dedicated PSTN number for voicemail access is 1234, it wont allow me to assign it to another extension as well.
thanks in advance.
