I have this weird problem. We have PRIs and are using CCUM. When an external call comes in and we answer, we could hear the other person fine and will be having a normal conversation until the other side starts saying hello hello, and we can still hear them but on their end they hear a ringing as if it is dialing another number. I am not sure what is causing this issue, but it happens on random calls and sometimes the calls are fine. Can anyone help with this?
