Dear All,
I had an issue with external calling over SIP trunk for 10mins, and the issue got auto resolved before I reach ITSP. I have collected SIP logs on voice gateway, as per the logs I had not received any message from ITSP when the VG sent INVITE message. Raised a case with ITSP for RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and they claim that there was no alert.
How can I find the RCA now?
Thank you in advance.

For the call id - dbbd4b00-73119117-d114-ad1820a@10.130.209.10 , there is a CANCEL message after 28 seconds after INVITE is received and Trying is sent. So it appears that the other end either never received trying or never responded after receiving trying message.

Hi Syed,
What do you see after sending an invite to ITSP and which side is disconnecting the call ?
Thanks,
Rajan

It seems to be unless they can prove that their side did not receive any of these sip messages from cucm.

The messages you posted only contain SIP Invites with SDP which look okay, you must have received some messages in response to the INVITE messages which will provide info on why the call disconnected. If you can post the entire set of messages then someone can help.
