External Mask Spoofing/Randomizing

I have a group in the office that does collections and need their external mask to be changed frequently as the end customer will frequently block them.  Is there a way to randomize the outbound mask for SOME of my extensions but not necessarily all?

NO there is no such feature, assuming you use cisco call manager

Ok.  I know someone somewhere is doing this.  What are they doing it with?

The only options I could think of would be that they're either using a TCL script they wrote, or they're using external call control profiles in CUCM to do this, either way, this involves some custom development.
