Hi Guys
I have a Call Handler setup on Unity Version 11 and CUCM Version 11, each Caller Input directs to a hunt pilot
For some reason when dialling from an external number, line goes dead when using the caller inputs.

Kindly check mtp on sip trunk as well as configure 'midcall-signal pass media-change' on sip gateway. If problem still persist collect & share 'debug ccsip message' & 'debug ccapi inout' from gateway and traces from CUCM for impacted call.

Looks to be a codec issue. Can you check the codec/region settings throughout in the call flow for External Calls right starting from the Trunk/Gateway till it reaches CUC and provide callers with the option of pressing DTMF.

Can you please share the call flow ? Is the affected call came from h323, Sip or mgcp ?
h323/sip/mgcp--CUCM(CTI RP) -- CUC -- Call Handler -- Caller Input to ext
In case of h323/sip, what is the status of mtp? is it checked or unchecked?

It's a SIP Gw and mtp is unchecked on the trunk
