Extra vCPU core for Unity Connection 8.x

Hi,

I understand that an additional ESX vCPU is required for 20K OVA resulting in total of 8. (7+1).  Do 1K, 5K, and 10K OVAs also require an additional vCPU for ESX?

Yes, this is a requirement for all Unity Connection deployments.

Chris is correct, the vCPU requirements listed for CUC 1K, 5K, 10K and 20K are 1, 2, 4 and 7 respectively however the footnotes state there must be at least 1 processor available for the actual hypervisor.
