extracting unregistered phones from CUCM

Trying to get all unregistered, not connected, never registered phones from CUCM into CSV format.

Running CUCM 10.5.

Tried the RTMT and that is perfect but cannot get the data out of the table in RTMT.

Tried copy/paste from Devices> Phone but clusters are in Europe and too slow and times out.

Any other way someone knows of to get this information?

Try "show risdb query phone" from CLI, you can also check "show risdb query phoneextn"
You can then copy form there to excel

I believe he means ssh into the publisher and run those commands. That's where I run all my informix queries.
