FAC is supported for third party sip devices?

Hi Cisco community,

 

Any one know if FAC is supported by sip third party devices?

 

I have seen a lot of comments related to but those are from past years and the answer is NO, but maybe this feature is now available we are in the 2018!!!!

That’s one of the disadvantages of using 3rd party phones in CUCM. Missing features in big way !!!

Better to go with Cisco 3900 phones instead

Do you have any document were been explained all this features unsupported?

I don't think you will get that well documented from Cisco side. It's basically the other way around. Most of the 3rd party vendors publish the tested features in their interoperability guides. Cisco doesn't guarantee any feature support when it comes to deploying/configuring 3rd party phones with CUCM and I personally think it's a bad idea to use 3rd party phones with CUCM unless you have a specific requirement.
