Hi
We have CUCM 9.1 with 3905 and 6921 phones, both phones are running SIP. 6921 working with FAC, but 3905 not working with FAC, when we enter FAC its not getting the PIN number,
Please guide to resolve this, is there any specific configuration for 3905 with FAC

What is the firmware on 3905 and are you using variable length route patterns?
You could be running into the following

Symptom:When dialing a variable length route patten such as 9011! or 900! the call is unable to be completed.Conditions:This will occur on a 3905 model phone if Forced Authorization Code is enabled on the route pattern.Workaround:Remove the requirement for Forced Authorization Code from the route pattern OR Use a non-variable length route pattern by adding a # to the route pattern, such as 9011!# or 900!#. Instruct users to dial a # after variable length number. HTH Manish |
