FAC on CME 12.0 How to implement?

Good day Gurus,

 

Its amazing i ask so many questions here i wish i could get more response...I have a site that needs each end user to be entering a PIN when calling 

Jaime Valencia has a nice link where Cisco explains how it is done?

I want to see a site where it is working and running and most of all i want end users to have individual PINs or FACs

I have a 2900 series running CME version 12.0 off IOS 15.4. I will appreciate.

Did you review the CME documentation on FACs:
