FAC problem via Nortel (qsig)

we have a CUCM 7. integrated with a Nortel PBX. FAC was enabled in CUCM and works well in cisco phones, phones, however the Nortel PBX can not dial when asked the code (fac). Any ideas?, Please, thanks

Need a lot more details, how the two systems are connected, config, traces, etc.
