Facing issue on Cisco 6961 dialing internal SIP call

We are using CME version 10.5..

There is SIP Trunk configured with CUCM where CUCM used in central Head Office

 

When we are dialing from 6961 model phone from CME setup we are unable to dial number of user who are configured in CUCM...where from other modelie 9951 & 3905 we are able to dial those numbers.

on other hand we are able to dial outgoing local international calls from 6961

 

9951 & 3905 which are SIP configured on CME 10.5 

load 6961 SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3

 

Is there something we missed in this for 6961 model

problem could be with conversion between SCCP and SIP, can you debug ccsip messages on a failed call and add to case for analysis.
