fax busy tone

Hi all ,

People are tryin to send fax to our comapny complains they are getting busy tones  . Here is my confiuration on the gateway .The ip address in the

configuration are for interaction server (the server process the fax) .

voice gateway is Cisco 2821

PSTN connectivity :, PRI

Please help .

Your destination pattern should be 2... Not 2xxx and try your dtmf-relay as h245 alphanumeric. Also can you give us a debug voice dialpeer inout on such a fax call

Pattern actually i masked , it s  full number
