Fax Busy Tone

Hi All,

 

I need some advise on the issue with Fax. 

We recently migrated a customer from ISDN to SIP and Cisco CUCM. 

They have Fax machines connected via an ATA. 

The issue is that it requires up to 4 calls before the fax is answered and it takes up to 1 minute before the next fax/call can be made. The Fax is a Fuji Xerox. 

 

I have attempted to change the mode from Pass-through to T.38. 

Various other minor change done but there is no way I can get the fax to. 

 

In summary, it takes too long for the fax to terminate the call.
