looking for help.
topology is Fax-->VG204--->(stcapp)-->cucm-->(h323)-->3945-->E1
we are having issues in sending and receiving faxes. It was working absolutely fine untik three weeks ago. The issue has occured all of sudden. I can confirm that on the fax line the calls can be received and made. Its just the fax having issues.
Fax config on router and Vg204 are below
fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback pass-through g711alaw
modem passthrough nse codec g711alaw
I have tried running few debug commands to make sure correct dial peers are matched and they are.
Debug isdn q931
debug voip ccapi inout
The interesting thing is that with the same config on a different gateway and vg204 connected to same cucm, other faxes are working fine. Just wondering if anyone could point in correct direction?
