Am having an issue with a fax machine that is attached to our VG224. When you log into Call Manager it is not showing as registered on the VG224, i have reset and restarted it via Call Manager but no joy, I have also try using another port but it is not working either. Any ideas?

At very least, you need to mention which protocol you are using between CM, VG224, and PSTN GW
