Faxserver behind Huntpilot

hi,

we have an CUCM 8.6.2. At this connected is a h.323 Gateway, its a fax server.

At the CUCM I configured some DN and forwarded all this DN to the Faxserver.

Then I configure a Huntpilot, a huntlist and a huntgroup. In this huntgroup I put all the DN configured above.

If I call some of the DN direct from PSTN, I reaching the faxserver well.

If I call the huntpilot for this DN, I hear a announcement "The number is temporaly not available".

Why the call doesnt forward to faxserver If I call via huntpilot?

Background: for an event only one faxnumber is populated and behind this more than 10 accounts at the faxserver should get the faxes.

Any other posibilty to realize this?

Hi,

the HuntPilot looks for active DNs. due to that it is not working.

what is your fax server, try to add it as a H323 gateway to the call manager, then create route pattern pointing to the fax server.
