I've CUCM single cluster of 1 PUB and 1 SUB. few users work from home. Incoming calls from SIP trunk lands on CUBE and routed to CUCM. I want the call to route to home phone (not cisco softphones). Which feature should I configure here? if feature is available does CUCM will have control over call?
In Cisco contact center, feature called Unified Mobile Agent which allows Nailed-Up connection. Nailed Up connection is one time connection established during login and connection is teared down when agent logout. Similar kind of function I'm looking for in IPT setup.
I checked Single Number Reach (SNR) feature but in this user extension as well as home worker phone both rings at same time which customer is not looking. Is there possibility to disable user extension rings?
