Find a Hunt List and Hunt Pilot from a Line Group

Hi everybody,

Is it possible to find the Hunt List and Hunt Pilot from a Line Group ?

I have the DN's (line groups) of the user's but nobody knows their Group Number ... How can I found it out to add a new user ?

You can do that by using the wizard where u can add users by selecting the linegroup

You can Simpy use the Route Plan Report.

1) Go to Call Routing>Route Plan Report

2) Just Select Hunt Pilot and Click Find. You will see all the Hunt Pilot and the list of DNs.

So here you can see all the mappings.
