We had a voicemail left on our phones (model #8951) when the phones were forwarded to voicemail at night. Is there a way to see what number that voicemail came from?
Every call manager, regardless if it is CUCM/CUE or Asterisk-based, have CDR.
If you have the exact time, date and the duration of the call, the CDR will be able to determine the CID.
