Finesse Error and Delay When Direct Transfer to Invalid Number

After Agent answers an ACD call, attempts a Direct Transfer to an invalid extension.

Finesse produces the following error and takes about 10 seconds to return back to the active call.

     UCCE 12.5.1.10000-24 ES08

     Error: Cannot Perform Operation. Error code: CTI-1

     UCCX  12.5.1.11003-511 ES01

     Error: Cannot Perform Operation. Error code: CTI-14

Is this expected behavior?

The Dialed Number Anaylzer shows the invalid extension as BlockThisPattern.

Just confirming that Finesse should be producing an error code and a delay of 10 seconds.
