Do you have all proper SRST configuration in place?? In CUCM?? and SRST GW???

Anything blocking communication between phones and SRST GW???

Debug ephone registration to see if they're actually trying to register or not.

Hello, Jaime

unfortunately I do not have the CN configuration, only the CME,
follows below:

!
interface Loopback1
 ip address 10.33.255.1 255.255.255.255
 h323-gateway voip interface
 h323-gateway voip bind srcaddr 10.33.255.1
!

sip-ua
 registrar ipv4:10.33.255.1 expires 600

!
call-manager-fallback
 secondary-dialtone 0
 max-conferences 5 gain -6
 transfer-system full-consult
 timeouts interdigit 5
 ip source-address 10.33.255.1 port 2000
 max-ephones 100

 max-dn 100
 system message primary Modo Emergencial
 transfer-pattern 0.T
 transfer-pattern .T
 keepalive 10
 alias 1 3600 to 3602

DHCP Telefonia:
ip dhcp pool VLAN_TELEFONIA_IP_FIXO
 network 10.33.32.0 255.255.252.0
 netbios-node-type h-node
 default-router 10.33.35.254
 option 150 ip 10.250.0.80 10.250.0.81
 domain-name rededor.corp
 dns-server 10.250.0.150 10.250.0.151

You need to check config on both, SRST and CUCM, and you have SRST, NOT CME, judging by what you posted.
