Firewall ports rules for intercluster trunk between 2 CUCM

hi, need to know if we need to open UDP 16384 – 32767 from IP phones subnets betwwen different clusters since these subnets are different from CUCM or no need jut we will open below ports on CUCM subnets on both cluster

 

office 1

permit: TCP 1720; TCP/UDP 5060, 5061; UDP 16384 – 32767

source: CUCM subnet

destination: office 2 CUCM subnet

 

From office 2

permit: TCP 1720; TCP/UDP 5060, 5061; UDP 16384 – 32767

source: CUCM subnet

destination: office 1 CUCM subnet

Hi,

 

Not sure what version of CUCM you are running as you haven't mentioned it, but here are the list of TCP / UDP ports for version 12.5X

The TCP / UDP ports are something you'll need to factor in IF you have a Firewall in the path between the two offices.

 

As @Scott Leport mentioned, Cisco release  TCP and UDP Port Usage Guide for Cisco Unified Communications Manager versions. Refer the Guide related to your CUCM version.
