Good day!!
One question, I try to change the firmware to Cisco 8831 for this "cp-8831-sip.9-3-4-SR2-3PCC.bin.sgn" for connecto to other vendor PBX.
But way CUCM OS Administration --> Software Upgrades --> Install/Upgrade not is possible the firmware don´t appear in the list.
I try with url page http://<dirección_IP_del_teléfono>/upgrade?tftp://<dirección_IP_del_servidor_TFTP>/<archivo_binario_del_firmware>
http://10.118.49.41/admin/upgrade?tftp://10.127.3.73/cp-8831-sip.9-3-4-SR2-3PCC.bin.sgn
10.118.49.41 IP Address CP 8831
10.127.3.73 IP my host TFTP Server.
Firmware: cp-8831-sip.9-3-4-SR2-3PCC.bin.sgn
But show the next error:
Actually the CP 8831 have the firmware:

Check you tftp path i believe it is not pouting correctly. Just upload any other Firmware image and see if that pop up via tftp.

Hi Christian,
My understanding here is that once an 8831 has been configured with Cisco "enterprise" (standard) firmware it can no longer be converted to use 3pcc firmware;
You can upgrade phones from the third-party call control firmware to the enterprise firmware.
Caution |
After you upgrade to the enterprise firmware, you cannot revert to the third-party call control firmware. |

In this moment the CP8831 it is registered with the CUCM,
Then it is not possible? I need a new endpoint for this?

Hi,
from what I'm seeing, we cannot upgrade Enterprise firmware to third Party Call Control firmware. but reading the link, I don't see the caution or warning on the page? are they allowing it now? :D
just wondering

Would a hard/factory reset solve this issue?
you might try reading the following discussion:

A hard/factory reset will not solve the issue. Once the phone is locked to an Enterprise firmware it is there to stay.
