Hello,
Firmware image for 7925g is installed on the call manager server. But, it dosen't appear in 'firmware load information'.
Wireless phone is 7925g with App Load ID: CP7925G-MFG-F.3.LOADS
Call manager is running on version 4.2
Any help would be much appreciated.

Since it doesn't sound like a firmware upgrade but that you are adding firmware it is required to do a cluster reboot.

Hello Michael,
I will explain you the whole scenario to make it more clear.
We bought a 7925g with the App Load ID as mentioned before.
Also, call manager is running on version 4.2
Now, after going through a cisco document, I downloaded the .exe file 'cmterm-7925-sccp.1-4-1SR1.exe' from Cisco and installed it on the call manager server.
Installation was a success. Later, just to make sure if it got installed correctly, I clicked on the device status to check the 'firmware load information', but that 7925 entry is not there.
To be frank, I am new to cisco IP telephony and m just stuck here, I don't know what to do now.
