Firmware phone in CME.

Good morning team,

I have a qauestion, I am upgrade a phone (SPA5044G)  in CME (UC560-FXO-K9),

I  configure the next.

tft-server flash:namefimware alias nuevofirmware

telephonyy-server

load 504  nuevofirmware

ephone 20 pd

resent

end

I think the upgrade working properly, but i dont know if any comand for see the  firmware in use for the phone ?

Jorge,

You can run the command "show ephone phone-load"

That will show you the firmware version of each phone registered to CME based on Mac-address.

Thanks for you help,  excelent reply.

I also use show cdp entry * version in my switch,  but it only use if the pone use cdp rigth, show ephone phone-load

can i use with other phone ?

Just like you said, show dsp neigbors detail will show you good ingormation about the phone, but the swith and the phone need to support CDP protocol.

The show ephone phone-load will show you the firmware for every registered phone.
