Firmware problems in Cisco phones 69XX

Hello,

Suddenly, phones 69XX in only one of my company site are freeze. All are registered in CUCM 8.5 but there is no line and any button pressed doesn't work.

I checked the following details in one of the several phones with the issue:

SCCP69xx.9-2-1-0 firmware was in Phone Load name and in active load id had SCCP69XX.9-1-1-0

I solved all the issues changing the phone load name to SCCP69xx.9-0-3-0 and clicking save and apply config.

Maybe it's a very difficult issue because the example before it's only one of the issues. There's no the same firmware in all phones.

Could anybody help me?.
