Hi Expert,
Does anyone know , what happen to "active phone call" when we roll out firmware upgrade of Cisco 7841?
Does it disconnect the call or wait until call hung up to do firmware upgrade?

For the phone to download the new firmware, you need to restart the phone.
If you are on a call and if you issue the restart phone request , phone will restart after you hangup the call.

In addition to @Nithin Eluvathingal's comment, be aware that the 7841 has enough space in the flash to hold two versions of the firmware. This means that you can download the new firmware to the phone in the background (so the phone is still fully operational) and then reboot the phone to the new firmware once the phone is idle.
