First call is finished when incoming call is answered

I have the following problem:

- When the operator of the company dial a external number (it receive the ringback tone) and it receive a incoming call (and answer),

the first call (outgoing call - in state ring out) is finished.

My CallManager server is CCM5.1 and the gateway to PSTN is H.323 (PSTN signalling is R2 digital).

This is a normal issue or is a problem?

Check if you have added more the one time slots in the controller.

ds0-group 1 timeslots 1-15 type r2-digital
