My client is a call center and I have a requirement to create a solution to send our calls live to Google SpeechToText and provide agent assist features to our call center agents.
I have an app built that can stream audio to Google and get its response but I am stumped when it comes to integrating the app to actual live calls.
Is CUBE forking the right way to go for this? If so, are there any references on how to create the XMF application that will need to be registered in the UC gateway? Will a single application be able to get streams of multiple calls in parallel?
I apologize for the basic questions. Any guidance is much appreciated.
