Hi, you can ask the ip telephony administrator at your company to do this.

At the ccm admin phone settings there is an option for "forward no answer" that it's exactly what you need.

There is no such automatically to forward the call to your cell phone.

Couple methods you can try:

1. If you have internet access when you are outside, you can use https://CCM IP adress/ccmuser through your company VPN to forward your call to your cell.

2. Go to CCM web page, put your cell phone at "Forward No Answer" under line configuration.

3. Call into Unity if you use Unity, ask Unity to forward your call to your cell phone.

4. Get a 3rd party tools, I have seen a company install the tools, when someone call your IP Phone DID, it will ring at Cell phone, pager, and IP phone at the same time. I dont know what tools, hopefully someone knows at this forum.

Thanks

Ken

thank you very much for the response.

I know that call forward no answer would not forward the call to an external number. Am I right?

I do not want to VPN or press call forward all either, how can i call into unity and have it forward the call to my cell phone if i am away as you mentioned?

Thanks

Here is the step:

1. call the unity

2. press *, then enter your extension follow by #

3. enter password follow by #

4. press 4

5. press 4 again

I havent tried myself, you might need further configuration or setting at Unity. If I find something at cisco, i will let u know.

Thanks

Ken

Cisco actually has the Mobility Manager product, which handles #4:
