Hi All,
I've just been dropped in the deep end as a sysadmin for a large company, with no Cisco training beyond device profile/end user, it's both an Amazing and a Daunting place to start my Cisco Journey.
Can anyone advise if it's possible to forward all calls from an incoming number, e.g. 01234567891 to a specific internal extension, e.g. 5678? If so, how would I go about this?
Layman's terms if possible please, I am at the start of my journey after all!
Many Thanks,
Tom

there are ways of doing it. are you using an ISDN gateway connected to CUCM? easiest way is to manipulate the dial peers on your voice gateway and stick a translation pattern on the incoming dial peer based on the calling number, tell us more

Hi there
Following the discussion, first share the topology. Basically the PSTN gateway are connected using 3 protocols. SIP,H323,MGCP.
The config differs in each and will share the procedure based on that.
hope this helps
Cheers
Rath!
