Hello,
I have a US-based user who is using Forward All on his line, to forward his calls to his US-based cell phone. The user is working in Canada for several months and has international coverage on his cell phone while in Canada.
Internal calls to his number are forwarding, but external calls to his 10-digit number are not. They either generate a busy signal or a message saying the call can not be connected. We've tested the forwarding by removing the "1" for long distance and the area code on the user's cell number, but get the same results.
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks,

CSS for the Forward all is most likely set incorrectly.
