When dials by internal digits (1234), it's ok to forwarding. But when dial external digits (123456789) it's always busy. I explored similar issue, but not able to fix. CM was forwarding external calls correctly a while ago.
Do calls make it to the GW?
If so, what does the debug say about the disconnect?
What troubleshooting have you done, and what configurations have you reviewed?
Yes,all calls to gateway. I don't how i see the debug of call.
There was no change on Call Manager configuration, only some phone registration.
