We are using cisco unified cm administration. We have a phone that can not successfully connect to any forwarded number when we set up forwarding through the software interface. We can successfully place a call to the same forwarded phone number if we manually set forwarding on the physical phone.
We have looked up and down the software settings on this phone and can not find the issue.
This is the same whether or not we set phone forwarding in cisco unified cm administrator or ccm user. We are unable to reach the forwarded number and get a "The number you are trying to reach is not in service--or a similar recording".
Anyone with any ideas?

Hi,
Does the Call Forward CSS configured on the phones Directory number contain the required Partition to be able to dial the forwarded number?
