forwarding issue

hi! I noticed that there is an issue with my call forwarding in call mgr. Whenever I do a call forwarding the external number caller id will be appended to our internal prefix. eg. internal extension is in this format 6110xxxx, when the external user call a number that has forwarding configured, the receiver of the forwarded number will have the caller id shown as 61101234 (if the caller is using eg. 88882134). How do I troubleshoot this issue? If it's a missed call, I will receive the correct caller id (eg88882134) in the cisco phone, but my mobile (forwarded dest) I will receive 61101234. Any idea? Thx.

What is your trunk type?

If PRI make sure you enable RDNIS on the GW config in CUCM. If SIP trunk make sure outbound diversion header is checked.

HTH,
