Forwarding Number Translation Pattern

SNR and CFA to external numbers are not working following a cutover to a different phone carrier.

I was talking with somebody else and thought I needed to set up a forwarding number translation pattern.

I'm not entirely sure how to set that up, if that might be the issue. 

UC sys version is 8.6.2.21900-5

         

Any suggestions appreciated... thanks!

Well it's not hard at all, or more to the point, that depends on how you have designed your PT/CSS setup.

What you need to do is create one ,or more if needed, TPs in a PT that is seen by the CSS used for SNR (reroute) or CFA. If you only want this/these TPs to be used in these two particular use cases then see to that the PTs is only seen in CSSes used for SNR or CFA.
