Forwarding problem on CUCM 7

Hi everyboy,

I'm working on CUCM 7, I have a client who have DN assigned to his device, he sets the 'forwarding all' feature on his phone to an external phone number.

The problem is that when an internal user calls my client's phone number, the forwarding is done successfully, but when an external caller calls my client's number, the forwarding fails.

Any tips about this issue is so much appreciated, guys.

Check the Redirecting CSS on the gateway/trunk.
