forwarding to 2 mobile numbers

Good day community.

I need a little help, as I'm not so familiar with CUCM and ip telephony.

I have such kind of task: call coming to our company city number, should be forwarded to 2 mobile numbers.

So, I tried to make it like this:

Screenshot_2.jpg

Created a rule on router to forward calls coming to city number to out local number - 1414.

Created line group, hunt list and a hunt pilot. Assigned 2 local company number to line group.

And configured to forward no answer internal/external calls to mobile numbers under these 2 local company numbers (Directory Number config> Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings).

But it didn't work. Calls aren't going to mobile numbers.

Maybe there is another way to do this? If you'll need, I can share configuration step-by-step with you. I would appreciate any help from your side.

Thanks in advance!

The behavior you described is to be expected as a lines call forward settings do not come into play when the line is 'reached' via a line group. Those only work if the line is directly dialed so to speak.

The proper way to achieve what you need is by using the Single Number Reach feature.

Set up extension 1414 with Single Number Reach (SNR) to ring the two mobile numbers.

Hi there

Yes, the easy way is using the CUCM native SNR (Single Number Reach)

  • Create a Remote Destination profile
  • Create  Remote Destinations with the mobile numbers and associate with profile

Hope this Helps

Cheers
Rath!
