Found S/N Bundle and S/N of CP8831

Hi,

I want Open the Case for RMA but i have the problem for found S/N of Bundle.

I don't keep the box of the Phone 8831.

I found the S/N of Bundle on CCW but i don't have the correspondence with the S/N Phone.

Have you already had this problem ?

You only need the S/N phone to request RMA process.

Yes, normaly you used just S/N of the Phone. But for the 8831 it does't work. 

Must be SN Bundle !

And this SN Bundle is not Back Phone.

have you other idea ?

Hi,

the SN will be on the back of the phone. If it has a valid contract, you can enter the serial number in the SR and you will be able to open a case.
