The Franking Machine keeps giving the "failed - no carrier" message when we try to charge it.

Appreciate any advise from anyone who may have had similar issues?

Hi!

I assume you are using some SIP trunk (tata communications), aren' you?

Does your provider support it at all? Many ITSPs only support fax with t38 v0.

Do you have other franking machines working with same setup in same scenario?

If you're provider supports it, did you configure modem passthrough on your CUBE?

And please update your IOS if you are eligible to download new images: If you need to stay on 15.2 please use at least latest patchlevel 15.2-4M10.

BR,

Christoph
