Fresh CCM 10.5.2 not getting responce from service manger

Hi,

I did fresh installation of CCM 10.5.2.10000-5 and surprisingly i notice the software conference bridge is in unknown state.

I tried restarting IPVMS service but its still same.

Second, when i tried to deactivate and active the Publisher services, its ending with error " Error Occurred while getting the response from service manager " where services get activated.

Any idea why is it happening with fresh installation. Is it related to some bug ?

Hi,

There could be some issues during the installation which caused the services not to function properly. You can either use the recovery iso from the following link to fix any file system errors

If it does not fix the issue then a good option would be to rebuild.

I can rebuild the server, i am worrying if its hitting some BUG with specific CCM 10.5.2.10000-5 and even after rebuilding I will face same problem.

From Bug sheet i didn't find any thing, could you verify same ? Or it is advisable to use different CCM version ?

Hi,

For checking of this is related to any bug you will need to post the install logs. Again, for a fresh install you should not get such an issue for any version. Please ensure the file integrity of the bootable iso and also the specs for the hardware platform before proceeding with fresh installation.
