Hi Guys

I´m trying to perform a recovery of a CUPS using the backup data but in the restore history the result is error. How to know problem detail?

You need to pull the install/upgrade logs and look for clues.

I found a document but I could not understand how to enable the log and as you can see. Do you have additional information?
