Anyone else experience this? Conference/Transfer popped up window on Cisco 9951 phones would freeze and stayed on the screen even after the conference/transfer has been made? Does this mean the phone hardware is faulty?

No, it means the software is faulty. Contact the people that installed and maintains your system, or Cisco TAC.

We have had this issue intermittently on our 9951 phones. I've been trying to repro and capture if for the tac team but haven't been able to on video (although I have seen it at least 10 times on users phones). In my experience it freezes on the call history window or conf window. The phone still functions, the users can switch lines they just can't see what's behind the call history window. A reboot is needed on the phone to make it go away. Has happened over the last few firmwares. Hard to replicate though.

sorry for posting in this old thread. But i got this issue on a 9971 with Firmware sip9971.9-3-4-24.
Anyone reproduced this or has a solution for it?
