FXO Cards stops working every few days

Hi All

I have 1751v with cme 4.01 and ios 12.4(11)T1. Everything setup and working fine except that the fxo card (vic-2fxo) seems to stop working every few days. No calls can be received or made. A reboot of router always cures it.

Any ideas?

Bad, bad. Possible data structure trashing. I suggest you open a case with the TAC, be prepared to supply all the requested traces, request escalation, and possibly a bug to be opened.

What are you implying? Bad FXO card? Bad Router? Bad Config?

Oh right - should I just download a different version then? Any suggestions on which version?

The thing is that you are already at latest, or almost, with 12.4(11)T1. It would reasonable to expect that release to work or be fixed.

The only more recent image you could try would be 12.4(11)XJ1 but I'm not aware of any bug fix in the area of FXO ports.
