Hi All,
I am faced FXO disconnect problem, I add the following configuration:
voice class dualtone-detect-params 1
freq-max-deviation 20
cadence-variation 50
!
voice class custom-cptone Disconnect
dualtone disconnect
frequency 425
cadence 500 500
!
voice-port 0/0/0
supervisory custom-cptone Disconnect
supervisory dualtone-detect-params 1
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
no battery-reversal
input gain -3
output attenuation -3
cptone BE
timeouts initial 5
timeouts interdigit 3
timeouts call-disconnect 3
timeouts ringing 5
timeouts wait-release 1
timing hookflash-out 500
timing guard-out 300
timing sup-disconnect 50
connection plar opx 60600
impedance complex2
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting line-reversal
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate
I solved the problem but another problem appears, the call is dropping after some time.
I checked debug voip ccapi inout
the disconnect Cause Value=86
Any help please??

is there any other parameters I can use to fix this problem?
I noteced the following:
the router will not detecet the disconnect unless I added
supervisory dualtone-detect-params 1 under the voice port
the value of freq-.max-deviation should be above 20 if it is less than 20 the router will not detect the disconnect
any suggestions??

I am also having this exact problem and have read and tried :
FXO_Paper(config-voiceport)#supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call FXO_Paper(config-voiceport)#cptone us FXO_Paper(config-voiceport)#timeouts wait-release 5 FXO_Paper(config-voiceport)#timeouts call-disconnect 5 FXO_Paper(config-voiceport)#exit
I have collected these 2 debugs:
debug vpm signal
debug voip vtsp all
Wouldn't I see a "disconnect signal" about 6 or so rings with no answer, or am I not looking at the correct debug? Is there a debug that can help me verify the "disconnect signal" I am suppose to be looking for?
The call just keeps ringing and doesn't get transferred back to LEC v/m.. If I shut FXO ports the LEC v/m picks up.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

This is due most of the time because of the "supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call" command. The router might detect a tone that thinks is a disconnect so it drops the call. You could try changing the dual-tone-detect-param from:
voice class dualtone-detect-params 1
freq-max-deviation 20
cadence-variation 50
*****To****
voice class dualtone-detect-params 1
freq-max-deviation 25
cadence-variation 10 (Unit is 10ms)
**** If the probem persist then you would need to capture pcm traces for the disconnect to find the right pattern of the:
frequency
power
cadence
And then tune it accordingly.
Here is how to do the pcm captures:

Hope this helps.

the fix for me was using the following:
voice-port 0/0/0
trunk-group ANALOG 4
connection plar opx 1111
caller-id enable
