Hi!

I have log from CME:

What mean "No DSP"?

Is the issue that you don't know what "No DSP" means, or is there something wrong with the way calls are handling? It may help to clarify what problem you're trying to resolve.

The conversation incoming to port 0/0/2 on Cisco CME to ephone-hunt 300, then to phone number 100 Cisco Phone. Phone 100 transfer incoming call to 877 (to Alcatel system) in mode full-blind. The call is transfer and appears "No DSP" 877. The conversation is transfered, but the port on Cisco is locked until manually do shutdown / no shutdown. What could be causing this?
