FXO lines remains busy - H.323 gateway with CUCM/CUC Release 10.5

Hi,

I have the following configuration cisco 2811 H.323 gateway with release 10.5.2 of CUCM/CUC having FXO line.

If someone receive incoming call from PSTN then line remains busy after calling party disconnect the call and end user remains getting disconnect tune.

if i add "supervisory disconnect anytone" under voice-port then issue resolves but incoming calls disconnect after 1 or 2 seconds.

please advise what to do to fix the issue. thank you

Also you need to configure custom tones for your country.
